The weight sensor is precise, but after adding flour, the displayed weight disappears in 15-20 seconds, sometimes even causing the machine to shut down. 2. The manual mentions to zero the machine before adding flour. If more than a minute passes, the machine will automatically zero itself. Without knowing about these issues, my first attempt at making noodles failed to automatically add water, leaving 200g of flour stuck in the machine. Rather than disassemble it and risk flour going everywhere, I opted for manual operation. The noodles were a success, praised by my family for their chewy texture. Every subsequent use has been tense, worrying the machine might zero itself again. However, no matter how quickly I work, I end up having to switch to manual operation and add water myself.
